Hannah Nielsen

My name is Hannah Nielsen, and I am expected to graduate from The College of New Jersey in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts. Throughout my academic journey, I have cultivated a strong foundation in crafting visual identities for brands, effectively communicating my artistic processes, and devising innovative solutions to complex design challenges. Additionally, I have become proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and UI/UX design. 

For the past three years, I have also operated my own e-commerce business, specializing in custom-painted shoes. During this time, I have achieved a 43% annual sales increase. This entrepreneurial endeavor, known as Craft and Canvas Studio, has provided me with a diverse skill set, with effective client communication being paramount. My experiences have equipped me with the skills necessary to articulate design concepts comprehensively to clients which is paramount to customer satisfaction.
